5 Things Monday: Memorial School Re-Opens

1) Memorial Middle School re-opens Monday, just about a month after it was supposed to, on Sept. 6. A flooded boiler room forced extensive repairs and renovations that closed the school until they could be completed. Memorial students have been attending other neighborhood schools until now.
Memorial's Back to School Night is scheduled for Tuesday, Oct. 11 at 7 p.m.
2) The Planning Board meets Monday night in Borough Hall. The Work Session portion begins at 7:00pm in Room 201, followed by Regular Meetings at 7:30pm in the Council Chambers. Sometimes, these orders are reversed, however.
3) Fair Lawn TV has its monthly meeting Monday at 7:30 p.m. in Borough Hall. The meeting is open to the community.

4) The Library is offering Homework Help after school hours Monday at 3:30 p.m. Help will be provided by the Fair Lawn High School National Honors Society to children grades Kindergarten and up.
