5 Things Monday: Planning Board Meeting

Today's top local events and tips

1) There's a Planning Board Meeting Monday at 7 p.m. in  Room 201 of Borough Hall. The Planning Board's meeting agenda is available here.

2) The Fair Lawn Human Services Department is still looking for takers for some items on its holiday wish list, which is posted on the bulletin board in the Health Department (Room 112 in Borough Hall). If you'd like to participate and purchase a gift on the list for a local child in need, your support is greatly appreciated.

3) The Senior Center offers a Silver Studs Class at 10 a.m. and a Tai Chi Class for Seniors at 2:30 p.m.

4) The Fair Lawn High School National Honor Society is providing homework help Monday at the Library from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. For grades K and up.

5) If you haven't stopped by the Library to see the artwork of internationally-recognized mixed media artist Alice Harrison, why not check it out Monday. It's on display in the Library's Pine Gallery until Dec. 29.
