1) In recognition of Veterans Day, Alan Krutchkoff will speak at 10 a.m. Sunday at Temple Beth Sholom. Krutchkoff, a Fair Lawn resident and Vietnam veteran, is the co founder of Adopt-A-Soldier Platoon, Inc. Since 2003, this organization has supported troops in Iraq and Afghanistan, as well as on U.S. bases and in hospitals. A bagel breakfast will be served. $5 per person. Free to all Veterans.
2) Head over to the Schoolhouse Museum in Ridgewood Sunday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. to see the exhibit "The Civil War Years: At Home & On The Battlefield". This exhibit includes an array of artifacts from the 1860s including uniforms, dresses, tools and more.
3) The Radburn Players Present: "Rabbit Hole" Sunday at 2 p.m. at the Radburn Association Grange Hall. Tickets are $15. ($10 for members & $12 for students/ seniors).
4) Bergen Community College professor David Smilon will present "The New Deal & The Pascack Valley" Sunday at 2 p.m at the Pascack Historical Society. The lecture presents FDR's economic programs and their effect on 1930s Bergen County & beyond. Free to attend.
5) It's Sunday, which means football. Today is the last morning to vote! Match wits with Fair Lawn's fantasy football experts on this week's edition of Patch Football Pick 'Em with Stuart Pace, Steve Brown and Zak Koeske.
