5 Things Sunday: Foreign Film Screening at Library

1) The Library will hold a Film Screening of "The Band's Visit" on Sunday at 1:30 p.m. 

"The Band's Visit," is an award-winning 2007 Israeli film directed by Eran Kolirin about an Egyptian orchestra that arrives in Israel to play an important cultural event only to find themselves in the wrong town, where they learn about themselves and each other as they spend the night interacting with the locals.

2) The Bergen County Model Railroad Club (BCMRRC) presents its 13th Annual Thanksgiving Model Train Show at the United Methodist Church in Midland Park. Check it out Sunday from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. for fun with the whole fam.

3) It's your last chance to vote in the Patch Football Pick'Em. Games kick off at 1 p.m.

4) For $49 you can see the National Acrobats Of China At The Bergen Performing Arts Center Sunday at 1 p.m. and 4 p.m.

5)  Head over to the Schoolhouse Museum in Ridgewood Saturday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. to see the exhibit "The Civil War Years: At Home & On The Battlefield". This exhibit includes an array of artifacts from the 1860s including uniforms, dresses, tools and more.
