The Super Bowl is about boisterous company and over-the-top parties as much as it is about unbelievable football moments and amazing commercials you'll forget about in 15 minutes.

Patch asked Facebook fans from around Bergen County where we could find the best parties for the big game.

Westwood-Hillsdale Patch readers were vocal about their vote:

"Dog House Saloon for sure! The best food, poeple, bar, TVs [and] best wings around! Definitely the Dog House," said Phyllis Martino.

Some others suggested The Iron Horse and Bat Barry's, both in Westwood, and Lou's Tavern in Hillsdale.

Paramus Patch reader Michele Sosslau cast her vote for a popular — and well-equipped — East Firehouse Lane bar. 

"Orange Lantern is always a good time," Sosslau said. "And they have a lot of TVs."

Other readers spoke up for "the best wings around" at the always poppin' Houlihan's on Route 4 in Paramus and Boom Burger, which has locations in Rochelle Park and Mahwah.

In nearby Ramsey, Patch fans suggested Brady's at the Station, an authentic Irish bar and restaurant. 

The comfortable Ramsey hotspot boasts two floors that include outdoor seating, dining, and lounges.
