The annual Fair Lawn Public Schools Arts Festival kicks off Tuesday night at the Community Center with an opening reception from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

The festival, which has artwork by students in kindergarten through 12th grade, will run through Thursday night.

Tuesday's opening reception includes performances by the high school's drama students, catering by the culinary arts students and music by the strings students.

Hundreds of students and their parents came out for last year's festival.
