Fair Lawn Expands Social Media Outreach
The borough created a Twitter account on Monday.
The borough's new Twitter account announced its presence with authority on Monday.
"The Borough of Fair Lawn is now tweeting! #fairlawn," the account declared with an emphatic hashtag. And like that, Fair Lawn had joined the Twitterverse.
Since its initial declaration the account has been relatively quiet, succinctly reiterating town updates that also appeared on the borough's Facebook page regarding the Adopt-a-Soldier Platoon, toy donations and a rabies clinic.
It's unclear at this point quite how or how often the borough will utilize the social media tool, but you can follow its updates @FairLawnBorough.
If you're looking for other borough Twitter accounts to follow, consider:
- @FairLawnPD for the Fair Lawn Police Department
- @FairLawnRiverRd for the River Road Improvement Corporation
- @FLAuxPolice for the Fair Lawn Auxiliary Police
- And perhaps the borough's most prolific tweeter, @JeanneBaratta for Fair Lawn Mayor Jeanne Baratta (Note: Baratta's account is a personal account).
