The 16-year-old was charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and assaulting a police officer.

Officers Mark Pinajian, Dimitriy Mazur and Paul Siemon went to the mall food court at about 9:20 p.m. in response to complaints about an unruly group of teenagers.

Police picked out the Fair Lawn teen as the main instigator and asked him to leave, reports said.

The teen responded by screaming at the police and violently resisting arrest by shoving Pinajian, reports said.

This kid has a serious problem, better keep your eyes out for him. In this day and age, make sure he gets no guns. Obviously an accident waiting to happen, I'm surprised police let him go to anybody's custody except lockup for evaluation for a few days, they probably had to. He will only resurface and probably doing something worse. Unfortunate that our judicial system seems unable to stop this type of person until they do something so horrible that it makes the media circus. And now the police have another potentially dangerous criminal to worry about as if they're aren't enough already.
