The 14th Annual Fair Lawn Street Fair -- complete with live music, shopping, eating, games and entertainment, will be held Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., rain or shine.

Current forecasts call for the weather to be sunny with a high of 84 degrees and a 30 percent chance of thunderstorms for the free Fair Lawn Chamber of Commerce-sponsored event held each year in Radburn.

Both Fair Lawn Avenue and Plaza Road will be closed to vehicular traffic for the day, as more than 120 crafters, artists, merchants and food vendors will set up shop on either side of both streets.

You won't want to miss the outdoor dance party that's expected to break out at the Fair Lawn Avenue and Plaza Road intersection around 11 a.m. Dancing will be followed by a performance from the Tonemasters Blues Band (see video).

Hi all...yes, I'll be out there this year too...look for me, and tell me your thoughts about the Street Fair.

BTW - The only sad thing about seeing the video from last year, was seeing the gas station in the background - gas was only $ 2.40/gal.

Was fun - and it was nice to see some variety in the vendors. First time in a few years I found something to buy, and found a neighbor that repairs guitars to fix my grandfather's beloved old Kay guitar. Glad I went!

I saw the guitar repair shop there. If I knew that was going to be at the street fair, I would have brought a few of my guitars for a fixing. Very nice event all around and the weather held out till the end.
