Cosgrove Sworn in as Mayor of Fair Lawn [PHOTOS]

Lifelong resident and volunteer extraordinaire John Cosgrove was sworn in as the mayor of Fair Lawn Thursday night at the borough council re-organization meeting.

Passaic County superior court judge Miguel de la Carrera, a Fair Lawn High School graduate and longtime friend of John Cosgrove, swears in Fair Lawn's new mayor

Following a unanimous vote by council, John Cosgrove, flanked by family and friends, was sworn in Thursday night as the mayor of Fair Lawn.

Jeanne Baratta and Ed Trawinski were sworn in as the Deputy Mayor and Deputy Mayor of Community Affairs, respectively.

Looking forward to a great year for Fair Lawn as John takes over the helm. He has already proved himself over the many years of service to our community. He deserved the support of Fair Lawn's citizens as he leads us forward.
