Readers' Choice Favorite Mother's Day Brunch Spot: Gotham City Diner
Our weekly Readers' Choice voting ran from Monday at 8 a.m. until Friday at 9 a.m.
In a runaway victory, Gotham City Diner has won the title of Fair Lawn's Favorite Mother's Day Brunch Spot.
The diner, located at 39-10 Broadway, received a majority (51 percent) of the votes cast, and almost five times more than the second place competitor.
Three other brunch spots tied for second with three votes apiece -- Benny's Luncheonette, Brunch Club Cafe and Empress Diner.
"Gotham is a nice place and kid friendly," one supportive commenter wrote.
Gotham City Diner, which also has a location in Ridgefield, has an extensive menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner and is known for its decor of New York road and subway signs and nostalgic food advertisements.
The diner offers a full bar and is open from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. daily.
