Route 208 Crash Sends 1 to Hospital
An occupant of one of the vehicles involved in the crash Sunday afternoon near the Saddle River Road exit was taken to the hospital with head injuries.
A two-car accident on Route 208 West near the Saddle River Road exit Sunday afternoon sent one person to the hospital and closed the highway for about 35 minutes, police said.
An occupant in one of the vehicles was taken to Valley Hospital with a head laceration and both cars involved, a Jeep and a Mazda, took major damage and were towed from the scene.
Police are investigating the crash and could not confirm the circumstances of the accident or the number of occupants in either car at this time.
County police assisted at the scene.

Your just a jackass by your comment !!! your the type of guy who god forbid gets into a jam ( accident ) or whatever, and the first thing he says is where are the cops !! and if someone in your family or yourself is injured, let me hear you say what good is the county police or what 'value' do they provide ?

It was probably one of those people that zoom up the Route 4 lane and then try to cut to the right into the Route 208 lane at the last second. Jerks.

That is a very bad spot. When you go to merge to either get on 208 or get off on Saddle River Road you have to be very cautious about the traffic coming up on your right.
