Where to go for Car Maintenance and Repairs in Fair Lawn

Before winter, Patch brings you the full list of local auto shops, with an assist from our readers.

As winter beckons, it's high time to get that overdue oil change or the other maintenance that your car needs to keep humming along. Using the Q&A feature on Fair Lawn Patch, several readers chipped in with their recommendations for where you should go for repairs and maintenance.

Debora Lesnoy wrote that "Stickna Bros. (Morlot-Plaza Gulf Service) on Plaza Rd and Morlot Ave has been around for years and has always been completely honest and done a thorough job. They are very nice and helpful as well. I recommend them."

Stuart Pace recommended Maple Auto Repair, and Keith Brown agreed, calling Maple Auto "simply the best."

"Tommy and Frank have kept my vehicles running well for 20 years," Pace wrote.

Bob Cobb wrote that "by far the best mechanic in the area is Ken at East End Automotive on River Rd. in Elmwood Park." The auto shop—located at 7 River Drive—is "not the cheapest but for 20 years [Ken is] the only guy that can touch my cars," Cobb wrote, because your car is "fixed once and you don't have to keep going back."

Below is a full list of destinations in Fair Lawn (outside of Stickna Bros. and Maple Auto) for all of your automotive needs. If you own an auto repair shop and we missed you on this list, please email jacob.kamaras@patch.com.
