Gold's Gym Paramus invites the entire community to ride with us on June 3 in the American Diabetes Association Tour de Cure ride to fight diabetes. This year's team promises to be bigger than ever as Gold's Gym Paramus is celebrating its 20 Year Anniversary and it's 19th Year of riding in the Tour.

The original Gold's Gym Bike Team was founded by team captain and Gold's Gym co-owner, Mike Epstein in 1993. This 10 person team started a movement that has now gone national. Gold's Gym is now a strategic partner of the ADA and the official fitness sponsor of the Tour de Cure. Gold's Gyms around the country participate in the ride and last year alone, Gold's Gym raised close to $300,000 for the cause.

The Tour ride is on June 3 in Basking Ridge, NJ and riders have their choice of 13, 30, 50, 75 or 100 miles, so there is something for everyone. 

Gold's Gym Paramus is a leader in the fight against diabetes and each year is one of the top teams in the Northern NJ Tour from money raised to number of riders.
