YI - JING - MN , incorporates Tai Chi , Bau Gua , Xing Yi , Baji , and kung fu, emphasizes fluid graceful movements , yet are highly effective self -defense , techniques , internal exercises and forms cultivate CHI energy for health and self - defense.

We meet near the pavilion at the rear of the pond that has a picnic tables.
