DESCRIPTION:Join us each Sunday morning for this service as we offer our 
 personal prayers\, chant\, and meditate on the Divine Light that shines 
 within us all. The Puja is a special practice that can help us to open o
 ur hearts and calm the mind so that we can experience all that is spirit
 ual in our lives.\nAll are Welcome! Sundays 10:00 AM. No Cost!\n&nbsp\;\
 nPlease try to arrive 15 minutes before class. Classes begin promptly &n
 bsp\;and end after approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes.\nLATECOMERS are 
 admitted during the first 5 minutes of class but not after that time. Pl
 ease do not enter during the chanting at the beginning.\nWHAT TO WEAR: W
 e suggest comfortable\, modest clothing that will allow the body to stre
 tch easily\, such as a leotard\, sweatpants and a shirt\, or shorts and 
 a T-shirt. Please also refrain from wearing heavily scented perfumes.\nP
 RECAUTIONS: If you have any major health problems\, please let the teach
 er know before class. During their menstrual periods\, women are encoura
 ged to practice more gently\, with more emphasis on deep relaxation and 
 alternate nostril breathing. It is advised that pregnant women refrain f
 rom taking our regular class. Please call to inquire about Pre-Natal Cla
