The Fair Lawn Council is scheduled to vote on a resolution regarding a developer's application to build a self storage facility in Saddle Brook during a closed session meeting Tuesday night.
Borough attorney Ronald Mondello said last week that Bruce Rosenberg, the Fair Lawn Zoning Board attorney handling the borough's objection to the self storage application, wanted council to discuss the issue in closed, not public session. The meeting's agenda cites attorney-client privilege.
The council had agreed to send Rosenberg to object to the application after residents who live near the site of the proposed self storage facility raised concerns that it could worsen flooding in their neighborhood.
