Gov. Christie Campaigning in Fair Lawn Wednesday
Christie will be stopping at the Fair Lawn Senior Center on the first day of his bus tour.
New Jersey Governor Chris Christie is hitting the campaign trail with a seven-day bus tour starting Wednesday, and he'll be visiting the Fair Lawn Senior Center as one of his first stops.
Christie is scheduled to be at the senior center, located at 11-05 Gardiner Road, at 12:30 p.m.
There are eight candidates for governor appearing on the ballot this year, but Christie is the frontrunner by a wide margin according to a Quinnipiac University poll released Tuesday.
Christie is leading Democrat challenger Sen. Barbara Buono 64 to 31 percent, according to that poll. The other six candidates were splitting just 1 percent of polled voters.
