First Reformed Church participates in "National Back to Church Sunday" program

SADDLE BROOK - First Reformed Church is participating in a national program called "National Back to Church Sunday" in which churches all across America on Sunday, September 15, are making a focused effort to invite people to "return."  Pastor Christopher Wolf praised the effort and said his church is listed on the website, www.backtochurch.com along with thousands of churches - designed to be a resource for people looking to visit a church in their area. "This is important - as churches we have to let people know that no matter how long it's been, whatever has happened in life, church is open to everyone - that we are praying for people to "come home"; and it's not just for "certain" people - it's God's house first."    "I believe every Sunday here at First Reformed is an opportunity for anyone to "come back" to church or to visit for the first time," said Pastor Wolf. "Many members and I invite family, friends, neighbors and co-workers on a regular basis," he added.  "Our church members are very good at making people feel welcomed and at home; we look forward to it each week, and we will especially on September 15," said Pastor Wolf. First Reformed Church's worship time is 10:30am and is located at 5 Ackerman Avenue, at the corner of Saddle River Road.
