Registration Approaching for Summer Fun Day Camp

Summer Fun Day Camp, a Christian summer camp run by , is looking for campers.

"Our Summer Fun program offers a creative and loving Christian environment where children learn about the love of Christ and the importance of friendship and cooperation through Bible lessons and other age appropriate activities," camp director Jill Grein said in a press release.

The camp also offers a variety of indoor and outdoor games, arts and crafts projects, organized sports, water play and playground opportunities, and special activities for children ages 3 to 11.

Camp will run five days a week from June 25 through August 17, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Before and after care -- 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. -- are available for an additional fee.

Full day or half day programs in 5-day, 4-day, 3-day and 2-day sessions are available. 

The camp is state licensed and certified, with an on-site director, nurse on duty and CPR certified staff members.

Interested parents should attend the upcoming registration night to meet the camp director, health director and counselors on Monday, April 30 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the , located at 7-20 Bellair Ave.
