Radburn Players Hold Auditions For 'That Championship Season'

The auditions will take place Jan. 7 and 8.

This post was supplied on behalf of the Raburn Players.

Auditions for the Radburn Players’ spring production, Jason Miller’s That Championship Season, will be held in the Club Room of the Radburn Association Grange Hall, 29-20 Fair Lawn Avenue in Fair Lawn, on Tuesday, January 7 and Wednesday, January 8 at 8 p.m. The Players are seeking five men who can play ages 40 to 60.

Directed by Natalie Ross, this 1973 Pulitzer Prize-winning play begins as a friendly reunion between four old buddies with their basketball coach and ultimately reveals the brutal truth about their relationship. The meeting forces the five men to finally accept their true identities; to be honest with each other for the first time in their lives. The Players will present the play on May 9, 10, 11, 15, 16 and 17, 2014.
