The pilot, according to casting director Nicole Plesset, will focus on a few families throughout Bergen County.

“[Potential families] could be anybody fun and energetic, it’s pretty open,” Plesset said. “It’s just the area that’s pretty specific.”

Glen Rock and “surrounding towns” were ripe for just the right families for the pilot scheduled to shoot in March.

Plesset was hush-hush about details of the show and what towns beside Glen Rock were being considered. She did say Franklin Lakes, the home of the Real Housewives of New Jersey, was a bit “too far.”

A casting call posted on the Glen Rock Borough website yesterday states that interested families can be “any ethnicity, with children of any age (who reside in the home.)”

In addition to basic biographical information, Plesset also requests that potential reality stars send “a photo of your home from the outside and one or two interior photos.”
