“With the pent-up demand for high-grade, well-located housing in the Bergen County region, we anticipate rapid leasing activity for the apartments at Fair Lawn Promenade,” said Scott Loventhal, Director of Development for Garden Homes, which is developing the project. “We have amassed a dynamic range of nationally renowned retailers and dining options that will provide an ideal complement to our state-of-the-art residences.”

In March, Garden Commercial Properties, also a subsidiary of Garden Homes, announced ten new lease signings for the commercial component of Fair Lawn Promenade, anchored by a 25,000 square foot lease with TKL Research, an internationally recognized full-service clinical research organization. Garden Commercial Properties also signed leases with several well-known restaurants and retailers at Fair Lawn Promenade, including Starbucks, Qdoba, Wireless Depot (d/b/a Verizon Wireless), Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza, European Wax, Noodles & Company, Massage Envy, Habit Burger and Cups Frozen Yogurt.

In total, Fair Lawn Promenade will consist of 65,000 square feet of retail, service and office space in addition to their luxury rental offerings. Residents will have access to a variety of amenities including reserved garage parking, fitness center, daytime concierge, 24/7 onsite maintenance and ample communal gathering space.

Located only steps from the Radburn Station of NJTRANSIT’s Bergen line, the development offers seamless access to New York City and New Jersey’s many transit hubs. Surrounding Fair Lawn also offers restaurants, parks, places of worship and high-quality schools, all within minutes of the residences.

Fair Lawn Promenade’s residential portion was designed by Appel Design Group; the commercial portion was designed by Rotwein + Blake Architects.
