Community Update

I placed an order with Crystal Caseworks on 12/26/13 for a three car 1/18 scale die cast car case. I received an Email stating that there would be a delay since they were to be closed for the holiday season, no problem. Since that time I have called them on four (4) occasions and Emailed them several times and as of 02/10/14 I have had No response from them in any way shape or form. My credit card has been charged for this purchase and yet this company has never returned any of my requests for information as to when my case is to be delivered. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone, and my next step is to contact The New Jersey Attorney General as well as my credit card company. This company is HORRIBLE!!!
