Court Rulings on Health Benefits, Senior Housing Top This Week's News

A judge Friday denied a request to halt the printing of election ballots for November. The request was sought by a group of residents who petitioned to have two ordinances regarding health benefits for part-time elected and appointed officials included on the ballot.
