Give a Shrub, Take a Shrub at Sunday Plant Swap
The Fair Lawn Garden Committee is sponsoring a plant swap event on Sunday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Recycling Center on Saddle River Road.
Residents and non-residents keen on expanding their garden without breaking the bank are invited to attend a Sunday Plant Swap at the Fair Lawn Recycling Center on Saddle River Road.
The Garden Committee is sponsoring the swap, which runs from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., weather permitting, in the Nick Felice parking lot at the recycling center.
Green thumbs are asked to bring plants they'd be willing to swap one-for-one. An assortment of perennials and some very young shrubs will also be sold for $2 each, cash preferred.

Home gardeners with an overabundance of perennials are also welcome to donate plants at the event.
