Street Fair Returns to River Road On Sunday

The annual Fair Lawn Chamber of Commerce-sponsored River Road Street Fair will be held from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 21.

More than 100 crafters, artists, food vendors and non-profits will line River Road Sunday, rain or shine, for Fair Lawn's 14th annual Street Fair.

The Fair Lawn Chamber of Commerce-sponsored event, which runs along River Road between Fair Lawn Avenue and Berdan Avenue from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., offers live music and entertainment for the entire family.

A DJ will kick off the street fair's outdoor dance party at 11 a.m., followed by a live performance by the Touch of Gray Rock Band. A dance performance is scheduled for the afternoon, and radio stations will be on hand giving away prizes.

Games, pony rides, clowns and jugglers, and a petting zoo are available for kids.

The River Road Improvement District's 10th annual Classic Car Show, which features classic automobiles from the 1960s and '70s, will also be held as part of the day's festivities.
