Tai Chi/Chi Kung Class

Hwa Yu Tai Chi is a low impact exercise program and internal martial art that was developed in China over 1,000 years ago on Hwa Shan Mountain. The mental, physical and emotional health benefits of this movement practice have been well documented in numerous studies.  Hwa Yu Tai chi can help make the joints more supple, increases bony density and muscular strength and helps oxygenate all of the cells in the body.  When practiced on a regular basis, it will help to counter stress and tension, calm down the mind, lower blood pressure and re-energize a person both mentally and physically. 


About the Instructor


Eric Deutsch has been studying Hwa Yu Tai Chi Ch’uan and Yon Ch’uan Martial Arts with Master Glenn Newth and Lineage Holder Robert Xavier since 1998.
