September 24 is National Voter Registration Day 2013

The League of Women Voters of Fair Lawn will host a National Voter
Registration Day 2013 event at ShopRite of River Road as part of a
massive 50-state effort to register thousands of voters before Election
Day, November 5, 2013. The theme for this year’s National Voter
Registration Day — Millions of people will vote this year. Will you? — is representative of the importance of off-year elections.

“Even
if you are already a registered voter, stop by to hear more about the
minimum wage ballot initiative”, says Ilene Kahn, League of Women Voters
of Fair Lawn President.
