I bought a voucher on Amazon and went there recently. I paid $300 for the voucher and on the voucher it writes that this is a promotional value of $700 – so I felt good. I said, I paid $300 for something that costs $1,000. Not bad, right? Well, when I went there, they told me that I didn’t save any money. Everyone can call them directly and will pay the same amount I paid. So, why do they indicate a saving of $700?? Second problem is that the place does not appear to be clean. I had to take my shoes and socks off and walk on a carpet to get to the ‘medical’ chair and the carpet seems it could use cleaning – it was one of those thick carpets that you would change immediately if you move to an apartment that had this carpet. There was also a tube on a suction vacuum that there was a label on it ‘Recommended for one use only’ but it seems there was so much dust on it that I felt it was never changed since they had bought this vacuum. Finally, they don’t accept any credit cards (despite the fact that they write they charge a 5% surcharge if you use a credit card). Cash or check only. Finally, there suite number and the name is posted on the door using a printout page and stuck on the door with tape. Really bizarre, to say the least… I am really worried about this place. Yes, they ask me to go there again in 2 months, but I would not step foot in this place ever again. In terms of how effective their treatment is, I don’t know yet. I have serious doubt that whatever they did will work.
