Fair Lawn PBA Holding Toy Drive

Items can be dropped off at several borough locations now through December 17.

Members of Fair Lawn PBA Local 67 are collecting toys for their annual drive now through December 17.

Last year, the PBA, Rescue Squad and police dispatchers ran the most successful drive in the area for Toys For Tots, collecting more than 3,000 items. This year's drive will benefit area hospitals, New Hope, Shelter Our Sisters, Tomorrow's Children and the Wounded Warrior Project.

"During these tough economic times, there are going to be even more children without holiday gifts," PBA President Michael O'Brien said in a press release. "We are forever grateful to the community-minded businesses that have allowed us to set up toy collection sites. By working together, we can make a difference in the lives of young children and help put a smile on their faces."

New, unwrapped toys for boys and girls of all ages and gift cards can be dropped off at the following locations now through December 17:

  • American Graphic Systems (39-26 Broadway)
  • Best Cleaners (22-06 Morlot Avenue)
  • Fair Lawn Borough Hall (8-01 Fair Lawn Avenue)
  • Juicy Platters (23-16 Broadway)
  • Luca's Gourmet Deli & Catering (6-03 Saddle River Road)
  • Radburn Exxon (22-20 Fair Lawn Avenue)
