NBC 4's 2nd Annual Health and Fitness Expo

Greetings and Salutations to all. I wanted to let all of you know on how wonderful the Health and Fitness Expo was down at MetLife Stadium. A 2 day event filled with lots of activities, vendors, cooking demonstrations, etc. For the first time down on the football field, a scuba tank pool. Fun for those who enjoy the scuba diving life. For those who enjoy Marvel Comics, Spider-Man, etc. a tent specifically set-up just for that. Lots of free classes like Zumba, Kickboxing, and of course meeting the entire NBC4 Newsteam, and New York Live crew.

This was NBC 4's 2nd year with this great event, meanwhile down in D.C. The NBC 4 affiliate WRC-TV, had at the beginning of the year completed their 22nd annual event. More outdoorish type of activities there, as well as it being a fitness hub, the way New York, Los Angeles. Chicago, and Philadelphia are. Very fitness oriented.
