Bergen Man Admits to Downloading 'Sadistic' Child Porn, Authorities Say

Man faces 5 to twenty years in prison and must register as a sex offender, officials say.

A Bergen County man admitted Thursday to downloading more than 600 photos and videos of "sadistic" and "masochistic" child pornography, US Attorney Paul Fishman announced in a release Thursday.

Joshua Babilonia, 24, of Fair Lawn, is facing five to 20 years in prison after pleading guilty to receiving images of child sex abuse, and admitting that he was a member of an online child pornography sharing network between January 2011 and September 2012, Fishman said.

When authorities searched Babilonia's parents' home, they found pictures and videos "depicting child sexual abuse, including material that involved prepubescent minors and portrayed sadistic or masochistic conduct," Fishman said in the release.
