Man Accused of Relieving Himself in Dunkin' Donuts Lobby

Thomas Myers, of Paterson, was charged with lewdness Sunday after Saddle Brook police said he exposed himself and urinated on the floor of a township Dunkin' Donuts

A 75-year-old Paterson man was charged with lewdness after he allegedly exposed himself and urinated on the floor of the Pehle Avenue Dunkin' Donuts in Saddle Brook, police said.

Thomas Myers allegedly exposed his penis while other people were in plain view -- including a 10-year-old girl and her father -- and proceeded to micturate on the store floor despite there being a public restroom just feet away.

"It's one thing to not be able to make it to the bathroom in time and relieve yourself within your pants," Saddle Brook Police Chief Robert Kugler said. "It grossly crosses the line of decency and becomes perversion when you knowingly manipulate and expose your private part and urinate in an area like the lobby of a Dunkin' Donuts."
