Fair Lawn Man Traded Drugs For Sex, Police Say

Fair Lawn Police allege 64-year-old Lee Albert traded drugs to 25-year-old Jessica Kilduff in exchange for sex.

Fair Lawn Police arrested a 64-year-old borough man and a 25-year-old River Vale woman who allegedly swapped drugs for sex, according to Sgt. Brian Metzler.

Detective Paul Donohue and Detective Sgt. Tim O’Shaughnessy pulled over a motorcycle driven by Lee Albert at 10:26 p.m. Monday on the corner of Morlot Avenue and Burke Place. Police determined that Albert and Jessica Kilduff, a passenger on his motorcycle, had purchased drugs for her in Paterson in exchange for sex, according to Metzler.

Police also allegedly found drug paraphernalia on Kilduff and discovered warrants for her arrest out of Bergen County and River Vale. She was charged with engaging in prostitution and possession of drug paraphernalia before being handed over to the Bergen County Sheriff's Department.

Albert was charged with engaging in prostitution and released on his own recognizance.
