The Saddle Brook zoning board is expected to decide Monday night on a proposed storage facility adjacent to Quick Chek on North Midland Avenue.
Storage Assets LLC has applied to the zoning board to construct a 121,275-square-foot Lackland Self Storage facility at 635 North Midland Ave, which is currently two empty lots adjacent to the Quick Chek.
The meeting begins at 7:30 p.m.
Residents have raised flooding concerns and the height of the building—nearly 40 feet tall—could reduce property values.
