Saddle Brook School Board Picks New Helen Smith School Principal
Superintendent Richard Katz will fill in as interim principal until Anthony Grosso can begin.
The Saddle Brook Board of Education named Anthony Grosso the new principal of Helen Smith School during a meeting last week, northjersey.com reported.
Grosso, who will be the school's fourth principal in five years, will start December 10 or as soon as he is released from his current position as assistant principal of Hillside School in Montclair, according to the report. He has worked in that district for 13 years.
Grosso will be replacing Richard Krassy, who resigned to move out of state to be with family.
Until Grosso can begin, Superintendent Richard Katz will fill in as interim principal, according to the report.
