Disco Toning presented by Neighborhood Fit Club

Shake it to tunes from the ‘70’s and ‘80’s with toning sticks in our gym transformed into an after dark nightclub with lighting effects. Relax and let loose at this party class! Class is taught by our very popular Zumba instructor, Meredith Kresch.

Memberships available on our website dianasfitclub.com or drop in to any of our classes for $10.
