Middle School Hockey Team Competes in League Championship

The Fair Lawn Middle School Ice Hockey Team took the second place title in their league this year.

The town team, made up of young athletes in grades six through eight who often play on different teams, won the Middle School Showcase in April but fell to the Alliance Hockey Team 2-1 in their championship match-up last week.

Sixth-grader Billy Salerno scored Fair Lawn's goal in the game with a backhanded shot assisted by David Kasabian and Will Prinz.
