Fair Lawn Grads Jump on 'Call Me Maybe' Cover Craze

A collection of Fair Lawn High School graduates filmed a cover of the popular pop song "Call Me Maybe" while staying down the shore this summer.

Not to be outdone by the likes of Justin Bieber, Katy Perry and Jimmy Fallon, 16 grads from the Class of '06 have released their own cover of Carly Rae Jepson's addictive pop anthem "Call Me Maybe."

Shot each weekend over the course of a summer spent at a shore house in Belmar, the video alternates between shore house party scenes, shirtless boat shots and an outdoor homage to jorts and the gang's adopted shore home.

Mike Shore filmed the slick video using a Canon T3i.

"Actually this is all new to me," he said in an email. "I just started video editing and photography in the last 6 months or so."

Shore said he chose "Call Me Maybe" because the song was "so big" and everyone loved singing along to it.
