Rotary Clubs Install New Officers

Fair Lawn's two Rotary Clubs held a joint installation dinner last week at the Fair Lawn Athletic Club.

Fair Lawn's two Rotary Clubs held a joint dinner last Wednesday at the to confirm the installation of their respective club officers and directors for the 2012-2013 Rotary Year.

Stuart Herrmann was installed as president of the Rotary Club of Fair Lawn (PM), which meets Thursdays at 12:15 p.m. at the FLAC. Joseph Daloisio was installed as president elect (2013-2014); Walter D. Head Foundation award winner Stephanie Codey as secretary; Elizabeth Miazga as treasurer; and Jeffrey Simon as sergeant at arms. The club directors for 2012-2013 are Paul Harris Fellowship Award winner Robert Kahn, Joanne Kwasniewski, Todd N. Malkin, Jerry Slavik and past president Glenn Stubaus.

Anthony Villano, and Sunrise's Rotarian of the Year, was installed as president of the Sunrise Rotary Club of Fair Lawn, which meets Tuesdays at 7:30 a.m at . Haykanush Melkonyan was installed as vice president; Daniel Rodis as secretary; Honey Morgenstern as treasurer; and Frances Ingrati as sergeant at arms.

New Rotary Club members Kevin Doran and Rich Seibel were also inducted as part of the evening's activities, which were presided over by Rotary District 7490 Governor Emil Geering.

The Rotary Clubs of Fair Lawn are part of Rotary International, the world’s oldest global humanitarian service organization composed of 1.2 million people in over 34 thousands clubs around the world.
