School Grounds Meeting, Golf Outing, "Les Misérables" This Week

The Fair Lawn Board of Education's buildings and grounds committee and community relations committee will meet starting at 7 p.m. Monday in Edison School conference room 19. The buildings and grounds meeting is expected to include information on classroom space and the town's changing demographics pertaining to a possible future full-day kindergarten program.

The Fair Lawn Planning Board will hold a work session at 7 p.m. Monday in municipal building room 201. The regular session scheduled for 7:30 p.m. in the council chambers has been canceled.

The Fair Lawn Historic Preservation Commission meets at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday in the community center.

The New Vision Players will begin presenting their production of "Les Misérables" in the Fair Lawn community center Friday. They will perform the show at 8 p.m. Friday, 2 and 8 p.m. Saturday, 2 p.m. Sunday and at the same times next week. Tickets are available on the players' website here.
