Phil Jones. Your response below is not what I have experienced. I ordered military burial flag display case from your company for a departed and loved family member 2 months ago. You took my money, have not shipped the product and have not even had the common courtesy to respond to my emails. I will be notifiy any and every agency i know to report your business practice so other will not fall victim to Chrystal Caseworks. It is nice you help and support youth sports, but it should not be at the expense of your customers... especially in hours of need.

I am the owner of Crystal Caseworks and I have no idea who this person is. If you have a problem with your order, all you have to do is email or call. We do anser every email immediately and call backs are ASAP in the order they are received. Calling me rude and horrible is just wrong. I am just about the friendliest and kindest person you will ever meet.
this company is horrible i placed an order over 4 months ago and nothing. at first they would answer my calls and emails and tell me that in 14 days they would have my product back in stock well 14 days later i would call them and they would give me the same excuse over and over again now they don't even answer my emails or calls. not to mention when they do answer they are rude and hostile. HORRIBLE company


I placed an order for some display cases, paid for them and received a confirmation email.
After not hearing from them in regards to shipping i sent an email asking if my order had been shipped. I received no reply (even though i used they email they stated to send question to in the confirmation email).
After still not hearing anything i sent a few more emails, again have not heard anything from the company a month later.
Have now raised a paypal case to try and get my money back.
Horrible service. Wish i had read other people's reviews before ordering as it seems like a lot of other people have had the same experience.
