I went into Glen Toyota with the intentions of getting a 2004-2005 Camry with low mileage. When I got there, the quality of the used cars was great. I test drove 3 different models and fell in love with a 2008 model that I could not give up. The price was soo good, it was worth wasting a little more than I thought originally. The place is definitely worth, the people are great too!

I want to give Glen Toyota a very positive recommendation for all those looking for a Toyota dealership. The people there are very helpful and provide the attention that is needed to measure pros and cons and make an informed decision. They were very meticulous with every word in the financing documents and really concentrated. Go there for good service!
I did a bit of shopping around for a pre-owned vehicle and by pure coincidence, stopped at Glen Toyota. The customer service was great, the people were on their A game The pre-owned salesman really understood the importance of offering a good, pre-owned vehicle and not some piece of junk. I drove off the lot with a GREAT deal on a 2005 Camry and I could not be happier.
I thought buying my first car would be a mission, but I stopped by Glen Toyota just because it was close to home and together we figured everything out. As a recent grad, there are plenty things I had to keep in mind with paying back loans and stuff, I had to make sure my payments were affordable on my tight budget. Luckily for me, the sales staff at Glen Toyota understood that and made it work best for me.
The people at Glen Toyota are totally not at all like the stereotype of car salesmen. They're so nice! I leased a RAV4 from them a few weeks ago but did A LOT of research beforehand. They actually respected my decision and even complimented me on doing the research before coming to the lot. This was the easiest time I’ve ever had at a dealership!
Glen Toyota has a better selection of cars than a lot of other dealerships I’ve been to. I test drove a new Sienna there last week and was able to bring it home with me that day, which was very helpful. My new van has all the features I wanted, and the salesmen politely answered all of my questions.
Last night, I bought a new RAV4 from Glen Toyota, and I have to say, going there was a great choice. I visited a few other dealers before coming to Glen, and none were able to match the price or financing that they gave me. I also got the impression that these people know a lot about the cars they’re selling, which was a huge help. I dealt with a salesman named Tom, and he couldn’t have been nicer. I’m glad I found this place.
Glen Toyota did an amazing job during the purchase of my Corolla. Buying a new car can be a frustrating and time consuming ordeal. I have to say, I was knocked off my feet by the professionalism, courtesy and all-around attitude of the staff at Glen Toyota. I was in the market for a new Toyota Corolla. I was looking forward to a simple test drive without the high pressure sales tactics I received at a few other dealerships. Pulling up to the dealership, I was NOT swarmed by a dozen hungry vultures. On the contrary, I took a walk around the lot, looking to see if the car that I had checked out online was there. I eventually ended up finding a the same car I was interested in, submitted my paperwork, and off I was in my new car. Plain and simple. That’s what I look for in a dealer. Great service and staff!
While in the market for a 2010 Camry LE, I came across a great dealership and that was Glen Toyota. The minute I gave them my budget, I was immediately offered three different car buying options. I loved that they gave me choices; I was able to choose what best fit my needs. Ultimately, I chose the lease option which is what I had initially planned. I’m telling you, these young men were very honest, answered all of my questions without hesitation and treated me with respect. I wouldn’t ask for more of a dealership. Thanks to Glen Toyota, I am super excited with my new vehicle! I will be back when my lease expires.
I was sadly unimpressed with the customer service I have received, or should I say not received at Glen Toyota in Fair Lawn. I purchased my Rav4 there a few years ago, and never went back. They are constantly sending me emails addressed to someone else and when I tried to make a service appointment a few weeks ago, no one EVER answered the phone in service. I commented on facebook and I was asked to leave my phone # and someone would call me, but then the comment was deleted and I was not publicly putting my phone #. Very disappointed and went to Toyota in Mahwah instead.
he team that I dealt with at Glen Toyota were outstanding from the minute I called on the phone. They found the exact truck I was looking for, had it ready by the time I arrived at the dealership and they gave it to me lower than a price I thought was fair. They walked me through the process in an honest and informative manner. I never once felt pressured or rushed. The entire sales team was happy and friendly. I have purchased many cars in the past and I only wish I had found Glen Toyota sooner. I loved every part of the experience.

If you want to have a quick and easy leasing experience (for once) talk to Nolan at Glen Toyota. Nolan greeted me when I first got onto the lot and carried on my transaction then on. He helped me with getting my monthly payments to the smallest amount I have ever paid and he was nice from to finish. He didn't pressure me into signing my life away like other car dealerships do and he was down to Earth when it came to answering questions and dealing with concern.
