Kuiken Brothers is amazing. I've never seen such customer service in my life! It sure explains why they've been in business all these years, because they really go out of their way to help the customer. I'm flabbergasted how my salesperson really hung in there trying to get a simple grill for my windows. My windows were a bit different, the grill didn't match the window I had, so it was a bit difficult getting the right one for me. With patience and persistence we finally have the right one on the way. And another thing, I'm usually intimidated by these all male domains which I know nothing about, but I have to go sometimes; I have no choice. Not only did they wait on me (not ignore me like some places) they were patient while I explained my problem and gave me a solution. I will never shop anywhere else for something I could get at Kuiken. I'm seriously shocked at how good they are, I had no idea and here they were right under my nose. Thank you, Kuiken Brothers and Doug L and the window guy, you really know how to service your customer. You're a rare commodity.
