Owner Steve Quilliam says he serves "fast food without the guilt." Quilly's is the home of 24 varieties of sliders. Quilliam's sliders run the gamut from the traditional Quilly Burger (a juicy burger topped with carmelized onions) to salmon, seafood, chicken and vegetarian. Have a side salad or any other of the eight varieties of homemade side dishes, because as Steve says, "No reason to pack on the fries."
