Radburn Players Perform 'Rabbit Hole'

"Rabbit Hole" opened Friday and continues through Saturday, Nov 19.

For this year’s fall show, Radburn Players’ Vice President Dave Sparano wanted to put on a drama. A really good drama. Sparano, who also acts and directs, originally thought about recreating something the Players had done in the past – a classic. But when a director friend of his recommended he read David Lindsay-Abaire’s 2005 play “Rabbit Hole,” about a family coping with the death of a young child, Sparano knew he’d found his show. “I’m on the train coming home from New York, I’m reading this script and I’ve got tears rolling down my cheeks and I can’t put it down. I just gotta keep turning the pages,” said Sparano, who called “Rabbit Hole,” the best script he’s read in the last 20 years. “I’ve done Tennessee Williams. I’ve done Arthur …
