11 a.m. - The Fair Lawn Veterans Council will hold a Veterans Grave Decoration Ceremony. Veterans and scouts from Troop 53 and Troop 60 will gather at Fair Lawn Memorial Cemetery near the flagpole to place flags on the graves of deceased veterans. 2 p.m. - The Fair Lawn Veterans Council will hold a Memorial Ceremony at the flagpole at the Fair Lawn Memorial Cemetery. The Fair Lawn veterans posts -- American Legion Post 171, Catholic War Veterans Post 1076, Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 281 will participate -- and the Jewish War Veterans Post 651 will be present in spirit, as this will be a Jewish holy day.
