1) Thursday marks the first of four weekly sessions for military veterans coping with stress. The program, which will focus on increasing the use of healthy coping skills, is being held at 241 Main Street in Hackensack It's presented by the Center, a program of Children’s Aid and Family Services, which is an affiliate member of the New Jersey Prevention Network and is the Prevention Resource Center for Bergen County. Women and men ages 18-40 who are active or have served in the military, and their family member and friends are welcome to attend.
