E-mail me at zak.koeske@patch.com. 1) Jerzey Tat, Fair Lawn's newest tattoo parlor located at 16-23 River Road, has its grand opening Wednesday at 3 p.m. 2) There are auditions at 6 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday at the Community Center for the Old Library Theatre's first Playwright Festival. The production is comprised of five original one act plays by local playwrights -- Tom Winkler, Joe DelPriore, Robert Daria, Craig M.
